Do you Value Struggle over Ease?

I think most of us are all looking for a more easeful life

But the problem is we have been conditioned to struggle

We see every situation through the lens of ‘struggle’

Even when we are desperate to have more ease

We identify with struggle

And proudly share our struggles with the World

As if struggling somehow means we are more worthy

And we deserve to wear a badge of ‘Struggle’ Honour

And then when something does comes easily

We almost negate it

We push it away or call it a fluke

As if it’s only worth something if we struggled

Make no sense right?

This conditioning lies deep in our sub-conscious

It is in-bedded in our DNA

No matter how hard we try to change our life

No matter how many times we repeat a positive affirmation

Our hardwiring is telling a different story and running the show

You are being ‘done’, so to speak

So what can we do to override this conditioning?

First we have to be AWARE that we are caught in a pattern of struggle

Then we get started on raising our vibration

We have to lift ourselves out of the old, heavy energies of the past

By increasing our frequency and overriding the programming

We cultivate higher vibrating feelings

We think more aligned and higher vibrating thoughts

We write a whole new program

We also need to address the sub-conscious mind

The child who still thinks she is unsafe

The wounded healer from centuries back

Who took a vow of poverty

This can be done through various healing modalities

Such as BodyTalk, Psyche-K and Theta Healing
