We all know we should drink more water, right?

But how many of us actually stick with it?


Since implementing this habit into my life 

I have noticed many positive benefits to my health. 

Some of the most obvious being: healthier more radiant skin, 

Improved digestion and ‘letting go’

I also naturally eat less when I drink more water 

and my body is more able to read real hunger signs 

as opposed to fake hunger pangs bought on by dehydration

1. Track it - every 2 hours drink 1 pint of water

2. Add a reminder to your phone that ‘alerts’ you every 2 hours
