Since working with Fiona I am more aware that I am ‘not my thoughts’, which has been a BIG step in my wellbeing. Especially since I have struggled with racing thoughts and anxiety for a long time. The course has also helped me so much with time management and taking back my time. I don’t feel like I need to get out of bed and ‘have’ to ‘do’ ANYTHING! I get to choose what happens in my day. It feels like I have more freedom and power to choose, instead of life just racing out of my control.
